This Privacy Policy explains how Bakery Developments (the “Store”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact our team, or purchase our digital scripts and resources for the FiveM platform (compatible with QBCore, Qbox and ESX frameworks). We are committed to data minimisation: we collect as little personal data as we reasonably can, and we rely on Tebex Limited (“Tebex”) — our merchant of record — to handle the parts of a purchase that involve payment and billing information.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, our Refund Policy and our License. By using the Store you acknowledge the practices described here.
These templates are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice. Privacy law varies by jurisdiction; you should have this policy reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we handle when you interact with the Store, including browsing our website, joining our Discord community, requesting support, and completing a purchase that is processed by Tebex. For most purposes, Bakery Developments is the “data controller” of the personal data described in this policy. Where Tebex collects and processes information directly at checkout, Tebex acts as the controller (or co-controller) of that information under its own privacy policy.
Our storefront is largely static and account-free — you can browse pages and view products without creating an account or providing personal data to us. Personal data typically reaches us only when you choose to contact us, join our community, or when limited order metadata is passed to us by Tebex so we can deliver a product and provide support.
We collect the information you choose to give us directly, for example when you:
Like most websites, when you visit the Store our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically log basic technical information for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention, including:
When you check out, your order, payment processing, billing, invoicing, tax handling and fulfilment are owned and operated by Tebex as our merchant of record. Tebex (and its payment partners) collect and process the data needed to complete your purchase — such as your name, email address, billing address, and payment-card or other payment details. We never see, receive or store your full payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. This processing is governed by Tebex’s Privacy Policy. We may receive limited order metadata back from Tebex (for example a transaction reference, the email used, which product was purchased, and any Cfx.re identifier needed for delivery) so that we can fulfil your order, honour update entitlements and provide support. Our statutory merchant details are published in the Tebex Impressum.
We use the personal data described above to:
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver products and support you request); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Store, prevent abuse and protect our intellectual property); your consent (for any non-essential cookies or analytics, where required); and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) are small pieces of data stored on your device. We group them into two categories:
How to control cookies. You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and you can usually set your browser to block or warn you about cookies. Blocking essential storage may stop parts of the Store (such as the cart) from working correctly. Third-party services involved in checkout — including Tebex — may set their own cookies during the payment flow, which are governed by their respective policies.
We use a small number of trusted service providers (“processors”) to operate the Store. We share only the data each provider needs for its function, and we require them to protect it. The main parties are:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We disclose personal data only in the following circumstances:
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In practice, that means we retain support correspondence and order metadata for as long as needed to provide support, honour update entitlements and license obligations, and to meet our legal, accounting and tax requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are typically retained for a short period for security and diagnostics. Data held by Tebex and our other processors is retained in line with their own retention policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data. Under the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws these include the right to:
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you comparable rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights. To make a request about data we hold, email us at support@bakerydevelopments.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For personal data collected during checkout (such as billing and payment details), please also contact Tebex, which controls that information.
Bakery Developments and its service providers — including Tebex, our hosting/CDN provider, and any analytics provider — may store and process personal data in countries other than the one in which you live, including outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we and our processors rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable law (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision) to protect your data.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and data minimisation. By keeping the storefront largely static and delegating payment processing to Tebex, we deliberately avoid handling sensitive payment data ourselves. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials (such as your Cfx.re and Discord logins) secure.
The Store is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies under local law, such as in parts of the EU). You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@bakerydevelopments.com and we will take steps to delete it.
The Store may contain links to third-party websites and services — including Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord, our documentation, YouTube and X — that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or other factors. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and changes take effect when posted. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Your continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, or wish to exercise any of your data rights, you can reach us at support@bakerydevelopments.com or via our Discord. For anything relating to payments, billing or checkout data, please contact Tebex support, as Tebex operates checkout and fulfilment on our behalf as our merchant of record.
Bakery Developments is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. FiveM is a product of Cfx.re. Any account identifiers used for delivery are processed solely to fulfil your order.
