This Refund Policy explains if and when refunds are available for purchases of digital products from Bakery Developments (“we”, “us”, “our”). It applies to every script, resource and bundle we sell for the FiveM platform, including products compatible with the QBCore, Qbox and ESX frameworks. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service, License and Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.

Everything we sell is a digital good. There is no physical item to ship and nothing to post back. When you buy a product, it is delivered instantly and electronically and is tied to the buyer’s FiveM (Cfx.re) account: the resource and any associated license/entitlement are made available to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Every product includes free lifetime updates and support through our community Discord.
Because delivery is instant and the product is intangible, a digital script cannot be “returned” the way a physical product can — once it has been delivered, the files and license are already in your possession and cannot be unsent. This shapes the rest of this policy: we treat each request fairly and on its merits, but the nature of digital goods means that, as a general rule, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, except as set out below or where you have rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (see Section 8).
Tebex Limited (“Tebex”) is the merchant of record for all of our orders. Tebex owns and operates our checkout, payments, billing, fulfilment and refunds. We never see, process or store your card or payment details — those are handled entirely by Tebex and its payment partners. As a result, any refund that is granted is issued by Tebex, back to the original payment method, and refund requests must be submitted through Tebex.
Our merchant and contact information is published in the Tebex Impressum, and Tebex’s own terms are available in their refund policy. Where this policy and Tebex’s policies or applicable law differ, the outcome most favourable to you as a consumer applies.
You can always contact us first. Most problems — installation questions, framework quirks, configuration, or a bug — are resolved far faster through support than through a refund. Reach us by email at support@bakerydevelopments.com, through our support page, or in our Discord. We are happy to help you raise, support and process a legitimate refund with Tebex.
Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. By checking out you acknowledge that delivery begins right away and that, except as described in Section 4 or where required by law (Section 8), you are not entitled to a refund simply because the product has been delivered.
This does not strip you of any consumer rights you cannot lawfully waive, and it does not mean we will never refund — it means refunds are the exception rather than the default, and are assessed against the criteria below.
We will, in good faith, support and recommend a refund through Tebex in the following circumstances:
For any defect-related request, please give us a fair opportunity to reproduce and fix the problem first. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly through support and a free update — and since every product includes free lifetime updates, a fix usually reaches you at no cost.

Approved refunds are issued by Tebex to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us and Tebex first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us — or filing one that is fraudulent or in bad faith (for example, claiming non-receipt of a product that was delivered and used) — is a serious matter and a breach of our Terms and License.
A chargeback that is found to be unjustified may result in any or all of the following:
We work directly with Tebex to investigate and resolve disputes, and we will provide Tebex and the relevant payment networks with delivery records, usage evidence and correspondence as needed to contest illegitimate chargebacks. If a genuine error has occurred, raising it with us and Tebex is always faster and easier than a chargeback.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including, where relevant, the rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. This policy applies in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
For digital content supplied instantly, EU and UK consumer law allows you to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the statutory “cooling-off” right to cancel once delivery has begun. By completing checkout and accepting that the product is delivered straight away, you give that consent and accept that waiver — meaning you agree we may begin delivery immediately and that you will not be entitled to a cooling-off cancellation once the product has been delivered. This does not affect your right to a refund or remedy where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
For more information about your rights, you can consult the consumer-protection authority in your country. Where this policy conflicts with a right you cannot lawfully waive, that legal right prevails.
